MacGregor Fine Art is a long established and well known gallery, right in the heart of Glasgow. Owner Iain MacGregor has steered the gallery through many years of progress and we are now one of the largest and most diverse galleries in the city.
Situated on an outstanding corner site (Hope Street and West Regents Street), the gallery boasts six large picture windows, a showcase for our ever-changing collections. The building itself was the head office of a national bank, and retains it's high and ornate ceiling, and dark wood panelling - a wonderful setting for a gallery! We are thrilled to announce that our Lower Gallery is now open to the public too - the same 'footprint' as the ground floor, with extensive wall space to showcase our engaging and inspiring collections.
We exhibit a wide range of contemporary artists here, including some very well known names in Scottish and British art - Peter Howson, John Lowrie Morrison (JoLoMo), Lynn Rodgie, Alasdair Banks, Owen Henderson, James MacAuley, Nancy Turnbull, Hilary Gauci and many others. The exhibition is constantly evolving and changing, so our regulars always have something new on the walls to enjoy - and buy!
We look forward to welcoming you here soon; and if you would like to be kept up to date with our feature exhibitions and new artists/work arriving, then do please sign up for our bi-monthly newsletter, using the 'Contact Us' page.
